You and your client’s success is our business and as such we attempt to build long term relationships that have benefit to both parties, we operate from a purpose built office in Stanley Common, this is ideally situated half way between Derby and Nottingham.

• The main stay of the business, business planning and budget creation either to turn a company round or to increase the growth potential of an already successful company.
• Production of monthly/quarterly management accounts
• Annual Statutory accounts and their submission to companies house for companies with less than £5.6m turnover
• VAT Returns completion and VAT Registration/De-registration
• Corporation tax calculation and submission to the inland revenue
• Personal tax calculation and submission to inland revenue
• Part-time Finance Director for the smaller companies that can not afford this full time but require a high level of input.
• Payroll – training on software on clients site or we offer a bureau service and thus become our clients external payroll department including the production of P11D, P35, P14 and P60 forms.
• Interim Management – Finance Direct/Chief Accountant and Accounts Clerk levels
• Registered office and company secretary hosting.
• Software sales and support for:-
  (1) Sage Instant Accounts – entry level.
  (2) Sage Line 50 Accounts - single user Accountant to networked Financial Controller.
  (3) Sage Forecast  forecasting package.
  (4) Sage Payroll.
  (5) Customer Focus Business Software.
• Supply of all stationery requirements to support the above software.
• Limited Company Formation and liaise with Companies House with reference to directors and registered office.
• Due diligence investigations on potential acquisitions
•  Conversely preparing a company for sale and identifying a purchase
•  Book keeping both on client site and at our offices

All initial consultations are provided free of charge. During this consultation the client’s requirements are established and a fixed fee quote for the services required is create, two copies of the quotation are provided and the client is asked to sign one copy and return.

This leaves the client in no doubt of the cost of the services and indicates to us that they understand the basis on which invoices will be raised. The fixed fee means that all phone calls, conversations, advice and visits are all covered.
